**Zona de trabajo**: Las Condes, Región Metropolitana, Chile.

**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.

**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial.

**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado.

Este rol es responsable de gestionar eficientemente los servicios de la oficina, siendo la persona de referencia para cualquier inquietud relacionada con la misma.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Como facility manager, trabajará directamente con el cliente y los usuarios, por lo que deberá establecer relaciones sólidas con ellos.

**Gestionar todos los servicios de la oficina**: recepción, cafetería, eventos, accesos, seguridad, EHS, apoyo en campañas del cliente, y gestión de proveedores, servicio de encomiendas, entre otros.

Desarrollar e implementar procesos y procedimientos innovadores que reduzcan los costos operativos a corto y largo plazo.

Supervisar los informes mensuales/trimestrales/anuales apropiados para el cliente.

Supervisar el desarrollo y la gestión de los presupuestos de capital y gastos.

Supervisar todas las tareas de mantenimiento preventivos y correctivos.

Controlar todos los proveedores administrativa y operativamente.

Coordinar lo referente a lo servicios Higiene y seguridad en el trabajo.

Se requiere

**Graduado/a y/o estudiante de las carreras**: Ingeniería, Administración, Arquitectura o afines.
Experiência previa mínima de 2 a 3 años en gestión de servicios en oficinas corporativas.
Experiência previa en gestión de clientes corporativos.
Se prefiere experiência en hospitalidad.
Conocimiento en gestión de mantenimientos Hard Services.
Nível de inglés intermedio-alto.
Se requiere soporte de llamadas de emergencia las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, y asistencia al sitio.
