**Responsibilities**
Implement and lead HR management in order to maximize talent, leadership, and engagement. Get to know the employees and the business, advising the client on company-wide HR processes. Be a partner and counterpart to leadership for all HR management challenges. Propose modern, efficient, and high-impact solutions to the challenges faced by the business.
**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in organizational development, with expertise in competency-based selection and management, job description and analysis, talent management, performance appraisal, organizational engagement management and work culture development, with specialized knowledge in training, inclusion and diversity laws and regulations. Advanced English language skills are required.
Experience working in manufacturing industries, ideally with an on-site shift system.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, passionate about their work and achieving goals. Someone who likes to work in a team and collaborate with others. We are looking for someone with bold new ideas. Someone who takes the time to get to know the internal team and can propose efficient ways of doing things.
University degree in the social sciences or administration, ideally with graduate studies in organizational development. At least 5 years of experience in this area in similar positions in productive industries.
