En **Noventiq** buscamos incorporar un **Post Sales Operations Support **para nuestra subsidiaria en Santiago de Chile.

**¿Cuál es la Misión del rol?**:

- Apoyar al equipo comercial con las actividades de soporte de nuestros clientes para que el equipo comercial pueda enfocarse en la venta y rentabilización de nuestros clientes asegurando la permanencia de nuestros clientes y disminuyendo la fuga de estos._

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**:

- Ejecutar las actividades claves en el ciclo de vida contractual de nuestros clientes.
- Coordinar con las demás áreas involucradas las actividades correspondientes del ciclo de vida contractual de nuestros clientes.
- Confirmar activación de los productos al momento de firmar/renovar un contrato o al momento de adquirir nuevos productos por parte de nuestros clientes, en caso de ser necesario apoyarlos con el proceso de activación.
- Presentar a nuestros clientes los distintos portales y capacitarlos en el uso en caso de ser necesario.
- Elaboración de reportes de actividades a nuestros clientes.
- Seguimiento de las propuestas ofrecidas y ejecución de actividades de nuestros clientes.
- Apoyar a nuestros clientes en la generación de casos de soporte con la marca.
- Seguimiento y cierre formal a los casos de soporte.
- Mantener actualizados a nuestros clientes de los cambios que va realizando Microsoft.
- Mantener actualizada la base de instructivos y creando nuevos instructivos de ser necesario.
- Programación y ejecución de encuesta de satisfacción a nuestros clientes.
- Brindar apoyo con la carga de Oportunidades en CRM al equipo Comercial.
- Buscar optimizaciones y estandarización de procesos.
- Ser nexo entre distintas áreas para lograr un buen resultado comercial.

**Para postularte, tené en cuenta lo siguiente**:

- Carrera de ingeniería informática, industrial o carreras afines.
- Manejo de ingles nível básico/intermedio.
- Máximo 2 años de experiência.
- Interés genuino en tecnología y disposición para aprender y aplicar nuevos conocimientos.
- Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Deseable experiência previa en atención al cliente.
- Deseable manejo de Excel nível básico.
