Your role at Clorox:
Our HR Country lead will be accountable for the human resources processess in Chile and manage the local team to execute a full spectrum of human resources activities at local level.

The incumbent will report directly to the HR Director South Cluster. He/she will be the HR lead of the countries. The incumbent have to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are managed, organized, trained, and rewarded in accordance with company´s global guidelines, programs and strategy.

In this role, you will:
This role will be responsible for the HR processes delivery for the site across the functions. Includes HR main processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Development, Performance, Employee Relations, Culture, Wellness, Communications, Business Partnership.

**Responsibilities**:
- In terms of programs may include: benefits; organizational development; relocation; equal employment/affirmative action; health, employee wellness; human resources administration; employee communications; employment/industrial/labor relations.- Liaise with functional HR business partners and functional managers to implement local human resource initiatives that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the Andean organization's overall human resource strategy.- Lead and develop a local resource (HRPS Lead) to ensure that the Chile´s human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.

What we look for:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in HR in multi-national environment- At least 5 years leading HR Processes- Comfortable working in matrix organization and dealing with multiple stakeholders- Flexibility in dealing with ambiguity and ah-hoc requests- HR generalist experience
