**Funciones del cargo**:
Como CTO en Moon, tendrás un papel crucial en definir y ejecutar nuestra visión tecnológica. Tus responsabilidades incluyen:

- Liderar la estrategia y desarrollo tecnológico de la empresa, enfocándose en soluciones de inteligencia artificial y Machine Learning para optimizar las ventas.
- Diseño y Desarrollo de Aplicaciones de IAG: Diseñar y programar aplicaciones basadas en la inteligencia artificial generativa, desde la concepción inicial hasta la implementación final, integrando las mejores prácticas y tecnologías más recientes.
- Investigación y Desarrollo Continuo: Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y avances en el campo de la IAG, investigando constantemente nuevas herramientas y técnicas para la mejora continua de aplicaciones y procesos.
- Análisis de Datos: Realizar análisis de datos para interpretar y extraer insights de diferentes fuentes, mejorando el rendimiento de las aplicaciones y aportando valor al negocio.
- Formar y guiar un equipo de desarrollo tecnológico, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alta calidad.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los fundadores, Matías González y Juan Carlos Altmann, para asegurar que la tecnología fortalezca los objetivos empresariales.
- Administrar el presupuesto tecnológico y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con proveedores y socios tecnológicos.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Conocimiento profundo de Python y uso de librerías clave como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, y NumPy.
- Comprensión y experiência en Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (PLN) utilizando herramientas y librerías como NLTK, spaCy, GPT, y BERT.
- Sólidos conocimientos estadísticos aplicados al análisis de datos y la interpretación de resultados de modelos de IA.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência liderando equipos tecnológicos.

**Opcionales**:

- Excelentes habilidades de programación en Python y sus librerías asociadas.
- Compromiso con la buena ingeniería de datos, creando sistemas robustos y bien documentados.
- Actitud de aprendizaje, siempre dispuesto a investigar, aprender y enseñar.- Orientación al impacto, con un profundo involucramiento en las problemáticas del negocio para desarrollar soluciones significativas.
