**This position offers good variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Collaborate with regional marketers, writers, editors and designers in the delivery of compelling market-facing “stories,” supported by data and aligned with business goals. Manage agency partners and creative resources to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with global team to design the digital marketing strategies and activations that best deliver and execute our global campaigns on a multi-territory basis.
- Create, in partnership with regional teams, an editorial content calendar designed to maximize impact to external audiences.
- Partner with CRM managers to validate, assign and process MQLs that generate net new revenue.
- Help inform and support GHD’s digital content strategy by taking an active role in identifying improvements, recommending strategic content placement, and delivering a cohesive and compelling experience for target audiences.
- Establish clear, measurable metrics for each campaign with SMART goals to demonstrate campaign ROI. Analyse campaign metrics to derive insights and optimize campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
- Measure and track results in a report of marketing campaigns. This includes a quantitative and qualitative analysis on how campaigns contribute to impact on client relationships, the sales pipeline and brand awareness/equity.
- Provide monthly reporting, post-campaign analyses and equip business teams and internal stakeholders with data-driven insights to make fact-based decisions while driving improvement and client insights.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEM, demand generation, digital UX, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Relevant experience in building and optimizing B2B lead generation campaigns in a digital marketing landscape
- Highly developed project management skills, able to organize multiple campaigns and all of the elements constituting them
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships
- Strong strategic acumen to develop global marketing plans and execute across the world with localizations
- Marketing campaign production work
- Experience building campaigns within LinkedIn, Google, and other digital media platforms
- Adept with spreadsheets and multiple sources of data, utilizing dashboards, metrics, and tools such as Google Analytics for marketing funnel evaluation and KPI management
- Experience working with sales and partnerships teams
- In-depth understanding of key business metrics and analytics reporting vis-à-vis digital channels, including bounce rates, conversions, and other basic statistical analysis.
- Experience with Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google ads, and social media advertising
- Good understanding of UX and web engagement strategies
- Excellent PC skills, notably with MS Office, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Since you are interacting with international colleagues, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary.
