La última ronda de equity fue de USD111 millones, record en Chile y una de las más grandes en América Latina para una FinTech.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo/a **Risk Analyst**
para que sea parte del equipo de Riesgo. Esperamos que pueda colaborar en el análisis de nuestras operaciones diarias y proyectos que mejoran nuestros motores de riesgo.
Buscamos postulantes proactivos, atentos al detalle, amantes de la innovación y de eficientar procesos.
Vas a tener la oportunidad de
Apoyar en el análisis de clientes que buscan financiamiento, procesando y analizando diversos puntos de información con el objetivo de tomar decisiones de apoyo financiero a estos clientes
Análisis de riesgo de ciertas operaciones y sus aprobaciones
Liderar proyectos que impactan el crecimiento de Xepelin
Trabajar colaborativamente con las áreas de originación (comercial), collection (cobranzas) y datas science
Apoyo a líder del área en la ejecución y seguimiento de iniciativas, buscando mejoras continuas en herramientas que eficienten el análisis y monitoreo de nuestro portafolio

Ser Ingeniero/a Comercial, Ingeniero/a en Información y Control de Gestión o carrera a fin
Deseable 2 años de experiência
Pasión por Xepelin y el problema que resolvemos
No tener miedo a tomar decisiones y liderar proyectos
Trabajo proactivo, muy detallista y responsable
Lo que nos llamará mucho la atención
Conocimientos básicos de programación
Inglés medio/avanzado
Ganas de aprender o manejar herramientas de BI, SQL, Data Studio u otra
Capacidad para pensar en grande y desarrollar iniciativas con impacto real y medible, buscando siempre mejoras al producto y automatizaciones
Que te guste la colaboración como eje de tu trabajo diario
Te sientes cómodo cuestionando el status-quo de los servicios financieros, adaptándote rápidamente a los cambios
