Sumario:
El Líder de Soporte es responsable de supervisar y gestionar un equipo encargado de brindar soporte técnico y resolver problemas relacionados con productos, servicios o sistemas. Su objetivo principal es garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y el funcionamiento eficiente de los servicios de soporte. Esto implica coordinar las actividades diarias del equipo, asignar tareas, proporcionar orientación técnica y realizar seguimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento. Además, colaborará con otros departamentos para resolver problemas complejos y mejorar continuamente los productos y servicios.

Tareas diarias:
1. Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de soporte técnico.

2. Asignar tareas y establecer prioridades.

3. Brindar orientación y apoyo técnico al equipo.

4. Realizar seguimiento de casos y plazos.

5. Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas y mejorar productos y servicios.

6. Mantener comunicación con clientes internos y externos.

7. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y proponer soluciones.

Requisitos básicos:

- Experiência comprobada en roles de soporte técnico o atención al cliente.
- Conocimientos técnicos sólidos y experiência laboral en retail
- Habilidades de liderazgo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Carrera de Ingeniería en ejecución o civil
- Ingles escrito nível medio
- Herramientas necesarias: Office Suite, Postgres, Oracle, Postman
- Conocimientos Ténicos: Linux, Windows, Api Rest, Docker, VPN
