**Category Expert (Canal Farmacias y Perfumerías).**

Haleon, Santiago. Estamos en la búsqueda de profesional con experiência en planogramación, cuyo principal objetivo será lograr la Implementación de estrategias para las categorías en las que participa Haleon en Chile. Además de trabajar y coordinar las acciones internas con los planes y estrategias de Marketing y Ventas, generando una relación de confianza con la cadena asignada. En este sentido, se busca generar valor a las categorías tanto para los clientes, como para Haleon, desarrollando planes que generen un crecimiento en ventas adicional en el mediano y largo plazo.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Estar a cargo del seguimiento e implementación de los planes de Category Management en sus clientes.
- Mantener un Servicio al cliente enfocado en su estrategia (scorecards mensuales).
- Presentar estrategias en los clientes basados en estudios de shopper y comportamientos de la categoría tanto en el mercado como en el cliente en específico para trabajar de forma sinérgica con Shopper, ventas y marketing.
- Dar seguimiento del mix y oportunidades de optimización o ampliación de cobertura.
- Trabajar por ser los aliados estratégicos de los clientes para ser reconocidos por procesos de category agiles, honestos y de gran calidad.
- Seguimiento a la ejecución de las estrategias en los clientes de forma eficiente y clara
- Definir y establecer los lineamientos de surtido y exhibición con los KPI´s necesarios para tener una ejecución de tienda perfecta.
- Desarrolla la estrategia de lineamientos de exhibición para los lanzamientos en conjunto con shopper, ventas y marketing.
- Asegurar la actualización constante de planogramas según la estrategia del canal y los nuevos lanzamientos.

**¿Por qué tú?**

**Requisitos básicos**:

- Titulado de Ingeniería Civil, Comercial, Marketing o afines.
- Experiência de 2 años en el área en roles similares (Planogramador, Category Planner, Category Expert para retail o cadenas de Farmacias).
- Conocimientos en SpacePlanning y SpaceMan, Nielsen u otro similar.
- Ingles nível intermedio.
