**Responsabilidades**:
Únete al equipo de GeoVictoria como Technical Account Manager (TAM), donde serás el facilitador clave entre nuestros clientes más estratégicos y nuestro equipo de desarrollo.
**Como TAM, serás crucial para resolver problemas técnicos complejos en tiempo récord**, dar respuestas cada vez más eficientes a futuras incidencias y aportar a la satisfacción del cliente en todo momento.
- Realizar reuniones con los clientes estratégicos para comprender sus necesidades técnicas y trasladarlas al equipo de desarrollo.
- Gestionar y coordinar los requerimientos técnicos con el equipo interno para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Documentar personalizaciones y trabajos realizados para futuras referencias.
- Servir como punto de contacto principal para resolver problemas técnicos y garantizar la entrega exitosa de soluciones.
- Colaborar con diversas gerencias del cliente para asegurar la alineación de las soluciones tecnológicas con sus objetivos comerciales.
**Requisitos**:
- Título de Ingeniería Civil en Computación o Informático; o bien, Ingeniería Industrial/Comercial con experiência relevante en la gestión de clientes y levantamiento de requerimientos técnicos de proyectos TI.
- Conocimientos sólidos en herramientas TI en general, SQL, Python y programación básica.
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial en Providencia, Chile.
- Excelentes habilidades blandas y capacidad de comunicación con el cliente.
**Valorable**:
- Experiência previa en roles de atención al cliente o servicio post venta en la industria tecnológica.
- Experiência en la industria de software o tecnologías de la información.
- Experiência en la gestión de relaciones con clientes clave o cuentas estratégicas.
