**About the Project**: We're excited to announce opportunities for construction professionals to join our team for the development of a new Hyperscale Data Center in Santiago, Chile. This state-of-the-art facility will set new standards in data center construction and operation. This is a large-scale project, and we are building a whole new team through this recruiting process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Primary Role: Construction Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction project from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, preferably with data center projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

**Other Available Roles**: In addition to the Construction Manager position, we are also recruiting for roles such as **Cost Manager, Quality Manager, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineer & more. **These positions will support various aspects of the project, including budget management, quality control, logistics, commissioning, and MEP system design and installation.
