La posición será encargada de la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de las actividades, tanto en estructuras de invernaderos de alta tecnología como en campo, relacionadas con el Control Ambiental.

**_ Principales responsabilidades:_**
- Responsable de controlar ambiente en los Invernaderos de alta tecnología, utilizando los programas designados para ello, manteniendo los procedimientos, instructivos y personal capacitado.
- Responsable de monitoreo de condiciones ambientales dentro de invernaderos de media y baja tecnología, procurando la mejor condición posible para las plantas según tipo de estructura.
- Trabajo en conjunto, con mirada a mediano y largo plazo con equipo de mantención revisando tipo de materiales utilizados en las estructuras que garanticen la mejor calidad de luz para las plantas, ventilación, acumulación y/o dispersión de calor posible, planificación y mantención de las estructuras, al igual que propuestas de mejoras o recomendaciones operativas.
- Mantener comunicación tanto con su jefe directo como con los clientes internos y personal a cargo, facilitando la fluidez en la información.
- Conocer y entender los procesos operativos que se realicen en el programa DH y en otras áreas del site, para promover de esta forma la colaboración y el trabajo en equipo.
- Asegurar que todas las actividades realizadas cumplan con los lineamientos de Seguridad, CAMS y asuntos regulatorios.
- Mantención del flujo de trabajo del proceso a cargo y ubicación de los documentos actualizados en CAMS.
- Responsable de la gestión de contrataciones, renovaciones, seguimiento y control de las tareas realizadas por su equipo a cargo.
- Creación y/o seguimiento de métricas operativas que ayuden a la mejora continua en el proceso.
- Responsable del cumplimiento de cursos y campañas exigidas por la compañía.
- Realizar levantamiento y mejoras necesarias para el área.
- Promover los valores corporativos de Corteva Agriscience.

**Qualifications**:

Lo que traeras contigo:_**
- Profesional graduado en Control de ambiente, Agronomía, Ing agrícola o técnico agrícola con al menos 3 años de experiência en manejos de ambientes dentro de Invernaderos.
- Pensamiento analítico.
- Dinamismo y proactividad en resolución de problemas.
- Demostrar conocimientos en manejo de equipos automatizados, data y sensores.
- Experiência en manejo de personas (deseable).
- Licencia de conducir clase B (1 año de antigüedad).
- Habilidades de liderazgo y cumplimiento de metas.
- Flexibilidad de horarios y turnos.
- Disponibilidad para realizar viajes nacionales e internacionales.
- Deseable manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office.
- Ingles Pre-intermedio, Ingles comunicacional (deseable).
