El Associate Project Manager será responsable de la gestión y supervisión de diversas actividades en el área de proyectos, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia. Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:

- ** Mantención de SharePoint**: Gestión y actualización de la plataforma de documentación y gestión de proyectos.
- ** Fiscalización ESEs**: Supervisión de los Equipos de Seguridad en el Empleo (ESEs) para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y procedimientos.
- ** Auditorías**: Realización de auditorías internas para evaluar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos.
- ** Gestión de gobernanza en SSO, GIM e IM**: Asegurar el cumplimiento de la gobernanza en Sistemas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Gestión Integral de Mediciones y Gestión de Información y Material.
- ** Reuniones contractuales**: Coordinación y participación en reuniones relacionadas con los contratos, garantizando que se cumplan los compromisos establecidos.
- ** Reuniones mensuales con la gerencia**: Gestión y coordinación de reuniones mensuales para informar sobre el progreso de los proyectos y actividades.
- ** Revisión de portal**: Monitoreo y revisión de los portales utilizados para la gestión de proyectos.
- ** KPI SSO AA**: Monitoreo y análisis de los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con la seguridad y salud ocupacional.
- ** Revisión de KPIs de ESEs**: Supervisión de los indicadores de desempeño de los Equipos de Seguridad en el Empleo.
- ** Visitas a terreno**: Realización de visitas a 4 sitios para supervisar el cumplimiento de las normativas y la implementación de procesos.
- ** Apoyo a las superintendencias**: Asistencia en la administración de contratos y supervisión en terreno, apoyando la gestión operativa.
- ** Apoyo en la implementación de SHE Way**: Asistencia en la implementación del sistema SHE Way en cada superintendencia para asegurar los estándares de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
- ** Implementación del Sistema de Gestión Energético**: Apoyo en la implementación de un sistema para la gestión eficiente de la energía.
- ** Inspecciones en terreno**: Realización de inspecciones en los sitios para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y operativas.
- ** Cumplimiento de la ley**: Asegurar que todas las actividades estén alineadas con la legislación vigente.
- ** Cumplimiento y gestión de programas SSO Gerencia IM**: Supervisión de los programas de seguridad y salud ocupacional establecidos por la Gerencia IM.
- ** Gestión de planes de acción Isometrix**: Coordinación y seguimiento de los planes de acción derivados de la plataforma Isometrix.
- ** Gestión de actividades PCR**: Apoyo en la gestión y planificación de actividades relacionadas con el personal y la seguridad.
- ** Apoyo y gestión SSO Gerencia IM y ESEs IM**: Coordinación y apoyo en la gestión de las actividades de seguridad y salud ocupacional de la Gerencia IM y los ESEs IM.
