**BAT CHILE IS LOOKING FOR A TRADE & PERFORMANCE ANALYST**

**LOCATION**:Santiago, Chile

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This position belongs to the Trade Marketing department and involves analyzing and refining market information to deliver valuable reports to the commercial teams, ensuring informed decision-making and the capitalization of opportunities.

**Reports to**:Sales Planning Executive

**Report Level**:Direct

**Geograhpy**:Cerrillos / Santiago de Chile

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Actively participate in developing improvements in reports and analyses to meet the Company's objectives.
- Support the Sales team (ASM, TM Reps, Sales Representatives, and Distributors) with relevant reports for their management.
- Collaborate consistently with other support departments: Human Resources, Trade Marketing, Sales Administration, IT, Back Office, and Commercial Assistants in the country.
- Assist Trade team with Weekly/Monthly reports, ensuring they are delivered on time in full, including highlights and insights in each delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency and skill in developing and utilizing dashboards to facilitate data visualization and decision-making for senior stakeholders.
- Seek relevant business information and make it available to TM&D's key stakeholders.
- Sales Information Management: Analyze market dynamics to facilitate decision-making.

- Technical skills with tools and concepts such as Excel, Power BI, and others dashboards visualization skills.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
