About the Opportunity:
Join our team as an Ellucian Consultant, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping higher education institutions streamline and improve their academic advising processes. Your analytical skills and deep knowledge guide our clients in successfully implementing Ellucian solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, configuring advising rules and providing proactive support to help institutions efficiently achieve their goals. Be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to transforming education and shaping student success.

**Where You Will Make an Impact**
- Contact universities in Latin America and the Caribbean, helping with the implementation of Banner Students and accounts receivable
- Guide clients to adopt best practices in processes that allow their institutions to grow.
- Bringe your experience to Ellucian, helping us to improve, to be more efficient in our delivery processes and impact to the client
- Be Committed and give Support: Raising customer advisory needs, solving problems in collaboration with developers and quality control teams, and facilitating meetings with the client to present the features of the Ellucian smart plan.

**What You Will Bring**
- Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Leadership to guide Latin American and Caribbean institutions in the implementation of best practices, making this community stronger in the world
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing real-time customer support.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet inflexible deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.

**Nice to Have**
- 3 years of experience working with Universities
- Knowledge of Banner Students and Current Account
- Experience in academic advising or student information systems.
- Experience in data migration projects in a higher education context.
- Experience in technical documentation and communication with clients.
