Our team in Chile is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Cost Control Engineer, Intermediate to join our Project Services Business line in the in Chile office.

About the role:

- Accounts administration and cost control, includes reviewing vendor invoices and contractor timecards, raising requisitions, receipting invoices, invoicing clients, tracking payments to vendors and from clients etc;
- Reporting includes generating and collating information from various business systems as well as internal and external stakeholders (for routine and ad-hoc reporting);
- Commercial management of clients and vendors including managing contracts, purchase orders, change orders, hourly cost and sell rates, task codes etc;
- Project controls includes such setting up new projects, baselining budgets, tracking and calculating remaining budget and hours, tracking progress (as required) and providing financial and project related information to the Directors, Operations Managers and Project Managers;
- Financial analysis and reporting, includes investigating causes of aged WIP and fluctuations in project GM, preparing revenue and cash flow forecasts based on actuals and projections, and expediting cost estimates for proposals and change orders;
- Proposal coordination, includes coordinating proposal development, preparing proposal-related approval forms, liaising with legal team and coordinating proposal sign off in accordance with delegated levels of authority.
