Job purpose summary:
The Accounting Analyst will be responsible of all the Accounts Receivables bookings, processing agent commission payments (if requested), performing reconciliations and further analyze, if needed.

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Location: Chile

Essential work skills:

- Good accounting knowledge and experience working in Accounting (Accounts Receivables) for at least 3

years.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel as well as knowledge of computerized accounting software along with

good keyboard skills
- Bank movements booking and reconciliations experience
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Good organizational skills used in planning own work
- Calm and professional disposition
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Able to work in a busy office environment that often demands high levels of concentration
- Able to respond effectively to changing priorities
- Able to manage high volume workload
- Able to work effectively with mínimal management guidance/supervision
- Good analytical ability

- English is a “must have” - intermediate level

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking and registering all AR related movements and documents
- Booking, control, maintenance and reconciliations of banks, clients, other debtors, intercompany, etc.
- Ensuring that the information received is correct before booking and processing commission payments
- Completing all the accounting processes and reviews in the accounting closing designated periods
- Responsible of reconciling all the AR assigned P&L and B&S accounts.
