At RG Principal we are looking for an Accounting Manager with experience in firm for an accounting outsourcing company.

**Experience and knowledge**:
Ability to quickly respond and challenge existing practices.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous and innovative environments.
Agile, resourceful and resilient.
Excellent organization, problem solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and track record of balancing priorities to meet deadlines.

Experience or eagerness to be part of a growing start-up consulting environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required; Master’s Degree in Accounting is preferred.
5+ years’ relevant work experience in an accounting or Controller capacity.
CPA certification.
English C1
