En Solek, trabajamos con energia renovable de tipo fotovoltaica. Actualmente nos encontramos en busqueda de nuestro Tax Manager. Como Tax Manager serás encargado/a de realizar diversas tareas de consultoría fiscal. Preparar declaraciones de impuestos, estimar los impuestos adeudados y representar al cliente interno en las auditorías. Como asesor fiscal profesional, ayudará a las personas a comprender las leyes y regulaciones fiscales que afectan sus finanzas.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Planificación de impuestos para el Grupo en Chile - Impuestos diferidos, impuesto renta, gestión del WHT, aplicabilidad de tratados de doble tributación.
- Cumplimiento de los impuestos: IVA, Impuesto de Sociedades, Impuesto de retención, cálculo de PPM, impuestos municipales, impuesto timbre y estampillas además de prestar soporte en los asientos contables de impuesto al equipo de contabilidad.
- Cumplimiento y apoyo de los precios de transferencia con los asesores externos, preparación de la documentación de los precios de transferencia, revisión y declaraciones juradas.
- Gestión de las devoluciones del IVA 27 bis con la autoridad fiscal (SII) y apoyo en la solicitud de exenciones del IVA con el Ministerio de Hacienda.
- Ejecución de todas las actividades administrativas de impuestos, como la solicitud de RUT, actualización de accionistas o representantes en la página del SII y los municipios - inicio de actividades ante el SII - gestión de información de impuestos ante el SII.
- Gestiones de fiscalización ante el SII, TGR, o cualquier otro ente gubernamental.
- Preparación de declaraciones juradas de impuestos anuales.
- Cooperación con el Tax Manager del grupo en reportabilidad.
- Gestiones / comunicación con los asesores externos y auditores financieros.
- Apoyo en Due Dilligence a las distintas áreas de Solek

**Qualifications**
- Contador Público o Ingeniero Comercial
- Título universitario / finanzas o impuestos
- 6 años de experiência en contabilidad de impuestos / asesoramiento de impuestos
- Experiência comprobada en materia de impuestos
- Experiência comprobada trabajando con BIG FOUR (deseable)
- MS Excel, MS Power Point y conocimiento trabajando con ERP.
- Inglés intermedio Avanzado (comunicación permanente con el departamento financiero del Grupo y la sede central en la República Checa)
- Habilidades de comunicación (concentración y diplomacia)
- Responsabilidad por la calidad de su trabajo

- Diligencia, consistencia
- Habilidades analíticas
