The purpose of this position is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, facilitate timely and insightful reporting, and guide the transactional finance team toward operational excellence. This position will collaborate with cross-functional regional teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Addressing complex accounting issues and providing solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting on liquidity and working capital.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Conducting financial analyses and projects as requested.
- Collaborating with international teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of cross-border financial activities.
- Implementing internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior accounting staff.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial reporting and analysis, with at least 2 years of public accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and provide strategic insights.
- Experience coordinating and managing audits.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
