Test Manager

My client is currently looking for an interim Test Manager on an initial 3-month contract with extensions highly likely.

This is to cover a complex Master Data Management implementation that involves most business and IT teams across Europe and some in the US. My client needs someone that has experience in hitting the ground running with multiple global stakeholders, ideally in the MDM space but not compulsory. Most important thing is that you are able to own testing, are very proactive, and excel at stakeholder engagement/delivery in “project recovery” mode.

Location is Edinburgh, but anywhere based in the UK is acceptable if you are flexible with travel, including to the US (all travel expenses covered).

Essential experience:

- 5+ years minimum experience as an Applications Test Manager
- Scripting and maintaining test plans, approach, and execution
- Managing offshore testing resources. They will manage at least 4 direct IT Test resources who are full-time on the project.

Highly desirable experience:

- Experience in Master Data Management Solutions
- Experience of a global Order to Cash process
- Experience of Jira / Confluence/ X-Ray
