As part of our future organization we’re introducing the Store Commercial Team. A team comprised of different competences from visual, merchandising and store operations working together to implement a locally relevant seamless customer experience and making it possible for us to create a truly customer focused omni organization.
**Job Description**:
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Merchandise Analyst South America you will be a key player in making this happen in Chile,Perú & Uruguay. Together with your function you will work towards maximizing selling potential while driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
As Merchandise Analyst you will:
- Provide analytical and technical support for your Merchandise Manager and together you drive profitable growth of your concepts.
- Help Merchandise Manager with administrative work and mak sure system is up to date.
- Support Merchandise Managers to drive merchandising strategies across whole market.

Besides your personality we see that:
- 1+ years of experience in Retail
- Understanding garment flow complexity
- Up to date with store operation knowledge
- Omni retail understanding
- Overall assortment knowledge
- Strong data management skills analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- A strong understanding of the consumer we serve
- Proactive and able to drive initiatives/ideas into tangible sales results

You must be fluent in English and preferably speak Spanish (Spanish is a plus, not mandatory)**
