Buscamos un(a) EA & Solution Architect Lead
**Objetivo del cargo**:
Liderar al equipo de Architecture Empresarial y de soluciones, encargado primordialmente del diseño de complejas soluciones E2E de negocio y tecnológicas, además de liderar la definición, diseño e implementación de las mismas alineadas a la Arquitectura de referencia. Participar de la realización de estimaciones y costos. Liderazgo funcional y tecnológico para la definición de soluciones, garantizando que la infraestructura tecnológica respalde las necesidades actuales y futuras del negocio, alineándose con la estrategia empresarial, marco de referencia y facilitando la transformación digital, buscando siempre la eficiencia, reutilización que permita mantener la gestión de presupuesto sana y en bajos níveles de gasto.
**Principales Funciones**:
? Definición y gestión de la arquitectura empresarial. Establecer marcos y estándares de arquitectura que guíen el desarrollo y la evolución de las soluciones tecnológicas. Junto al análisis de las necesidades de unidades de negocios en general, diseñando soluciones, proporcionando recomendaciones para cubrir las necesidades de negocio mediante soluciones escalables para distintos productos y servicios de una empresa de telecomunicaciones, y teniendo en cuenta la adopción de tecnologías emergentes (como 5G, IoT, y Cloud Computing) que impulsen la competitividad y eficiencia de la empresa
? Diseñar la arquitectura y diseño de la solución e2e de alto nível para garantizar la entrega exitosa de los requisitos y el cumplimiento de la gobernanza. Conocimiento de los flujos del sistema E2E, diseño de alto nível, decisión de arquitectura y documentación de arquitectura con calidad.
? Liderazgo en la Arquitectura de Soluciones. Diseñar y validar soluciones tecnológicas que respondan a las necesidades de negocio y técnicas, con un enfoque en la escalabilidad, flexibilidad y seguridad.
? Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones y otras áreas clave para garantizar la integración efectiva de soluciones dentro del ecosistema tecnológico de la organización.
? Asesorar y guiar a arquitectos de su equipo.
? Responsable de garantizar una arquitectura ajustada, flexible y preparada para el futuro.
? Buen conocimiento de la práctica y la metodología de la arquitectura de acuerdo a las mejores prácticas de BSS y OSS bajo marcos de referencia TM Forum y contar con experiência en TOGAF, ODA/ODF.
? Actúa como enlace técnico entre clientes, equipos de ingeniería de servicios y soporte
? Definir soluciones End-2-End alineadas a la mejores prácticas, procesos y de desarrollo de la industria.
? Revisión y auditoria de soluciones existentes, diseño y arquitectura de sistemas, además de realizar perfiles y resolución de problemas

- Nível Educacional: Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería Civil Electrónica, Ingeniería en Computación o carrera afín.
- Rubro de experiência laboral requerido: Telecomunicaciones, Banca, Retail
- Años de experiência laboral en total: Al menos 8 años
- Años de experiência laboral en el cargo: Al menos 3 años
- Cargos desempeñados previamente: Arquitecto de Soluciones, Desarrollador Senior, Líder Técnico, Arquitecto Aplicativos, Arquitecto Tecnológico Empresarial, Líder equipo de desarrollo, consultor senior con equipos de desarrollo y operación de sistemas.
- Nível de Inglés requerido: Intermedio
- Manejo de presupuesto: Sí
**Conocimientos técnicos requeridos**:
- Ambientes Cloud, OpenShift, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Metodología agile
- Experiência DevOps
- Conocimientos en TOGAF, TMFORUM (ODA, ODF), UML y BPMN
- Conocimiento sólido de patrones de diseño y conceptos de refactorización.
- Experiência práctica en ajuste y optimización de rendimiento y análisis bottleneck. Decoupling.
- Deseable conocimiento en tecnologías de red de telecomunicaciones móvil y FTTH.
