This person will be operating in the Business Area TOMRA Fresh within TOMRA Food.

In this role you will handle front-line leadership and supervision to our field service team, driving a culture of customer centricity and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in all engagements across both project installations, and subsequent maintenance services, for a variety of technology solutions supplied by Tomra Fresh Food.

The FSR Supervisor position requires outstanding customer service ability and an electro-mechanical technical skillset. This is a hands-on role, with the expectation you will be spending substantial time in the field working alongside your customers and your team providing oversight, peer support and guidance. This position supervises our field service representatives and performs routine and/or emergency breakdown on electrical and mechanical systems and assists with new machine installations.

This position is based in Santiago, requires extensive travel in and out of Chile. TOMRA has a global presence, which will undoubtedly be a tremendous opportunity for your career experience. In this role you will:

- Supervise service delivery in designated region.
- Provide technical support to costumer’s questions or problems, supporting the FSR team in the region.
- Coordinate and supervise technical support escalation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate FSR movements to optimize the service according to business priorities.
- Ensure that costumer parts orders and inventory transactions are communicated and reported clearly by FSRs in the region.
- Provide feedback to the I&D team to enhance equipment performance and costumer experience.
- Act as liaison between customer and company to foster and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and submit reports as required, ensuring that your team is completing proper reports, work orders and timesheets on a timely basis.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety operations, identifying opportunities for improvements on safety.
- Execute companies processes to deliver efficient and effective Field Services to meet customer expectations.
- Provide feedback to inform resource forecasting and planning for the region.

**Requisitos**:

- Technical or professional Degree in areas such as Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent formal training or job experience.
- +3 years of experience in similar AgriTech field with relevant experience in electro-mechanical technologies (desirable)
- +3 years of experience in customer service and customer experience.
- Valid Driver's License
- Expertise with project and/or service management software such as CRM/ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and mid-level in English
- A positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to conform to dynamically changing priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to undertake extensive domestic and international travel, with up to 80%.
- Ability to lift weight and ability to distinguish between the full range of colors in the color spectrum
