Position Overview:
El principal desafío del cargo consiste en gestionar el inventario de equipos nuevos FINSA con el objetivo de optimizarlo en volumen y calidad para maximizar el nível de servicio a nuestros clientes al menor costo para la compañía. Adicionalmente, liderar todas las actividades relacionadas con lo descrito anteriormente, generando la actualización de las políticas de stock semestralmente, generando planes de acción con las distintas áreas de la empresa para lograr los objetivos de calidad, volumen, rotación y otros objetivos relacionados que requiera Finning.

**Job Description**:
En el marco de la Ley 21.015 que incentiva la contratación de Personas con Discapacidad al Mundo Laboral, Finning, socio estratégico de CATERPILLAR, líder en distribución de equipos y servicios, te invita a unirte al líder que mueve las industrias y a participar con nosotros en el proceso de postulación para el cargo de Inventory Planner New Equipment & Attachment.

El principal desafío del cargo consiste en gestionar el inventario de equipos nuevos FINSA con el objetivo de optimizarlo en volumen y calidad para maximizar el nível de servicio a nuestros clientes al menor costo para la compañía. Adicionalmente, liderar todas las actividades relacionadas con lo descrito anteriormente, generando la actualización de las políticas de stock semestralmente, generando planes de acción con las distintas áreas de la empresa para lograr los objetivos de calidad, volumen, rotación y otros objetivos relacionados que requiera Finning.

Descripción de las funciones habituales del rol:

- Gestionar los Inventarios de Equipos Nuevos FINSA On Hand + Transito ($250M).
- Administrar la Calidad del inventario con principal foco en los Inventarios con Aged (>12 meses sin movimiento), y los Equipos que caerán a Aged en los próximos meses.
- Generar y liderar las reuniones de Inventario con la Industria. Visibilidad del listado de Equipos Nuevos y Attachment en Aged y potenciales Aged y seguimiento a los compromisos comerciales (planes de liquidación).
- Levantar alertas con el objetivo de anticiparnos a la caída de Equipos y Attachment a Aged.
- Alinear análisis del Inventario con el lineamiento de Supply Chain Global.
- Realizar la proyección del Inventario de acuerdo con los Inputs de Forecast Vta. y Compras, con el objetivo de cumplir con los targets de Rotación establecidos.
- Desarrollar e impulsar el proceso de gestión y optimización del inventario de Equipos Nuevos y Attachment de cada región en Finning Sudamérica.
- Será responsable de estructurar, liderar y compilar los datos para lograr una correcta gestión de inventario, procurando incrementar la calidad del inventario (Runners / Repeaters) que se requiere en cada territorio, esto incluye la comunicación directa con líderes de áreas, la Industria de otros países y el equipo de Gestión de las Ordenes en Uruguay.
- Proyectar el Inventario de acuerdo con los inputs de Forecast de Venta y Compras. Responsable de gestionar la Rotación del Inventario por Market Unit, País y consolidado FINSA.
- Gestionar con las Industrias de cada país y el Equipo Tributario cuando sea necesario realizar un traspaso de un equipo entre distintos países.
- Otra gestión de inventario: proponer planes comerciales para la venta de inventarios sin movimiento con otros dealers, iniciativas de liquidación, seguimiento y trazabilidad al proceso.
- Solicitudes ad-hoc: Aporta con datos relacionados con el inventario, solicitudes de áreas comerciales o contabilidad financiera.

Conocimientos formales requeridos:
Buscamos a una persona que cuente con formación universitaria, ingeniero/a comercial o civil, con entendimiento y comprensión de la gestión de ventas, soporte al producto, inventarios, rotación, conceptos financieros, con una orientación clara a influir en la organización y liderar procesos que involucran relación con diferentes áreas de la organización.

La persona idónea debe contar con conocimientos en relación a:

- Gestión y análisis de Inventario: políticas de stock, rotación, forecast de demanda, inventario Aged.
- Control de inventario y presupuesto de compra (foco en la optimización del inventario entre los tres países de FINSA, Arg-Bol-Chi).
- Proceso de S&OP
- Experiência con SAP módulo IBP for S&OP
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas computacionales Excel.
- Dominio de inglés avanzado (hablado y escrito)
- Capacidad de dominar gran cantidad de datos e información y visualizarla en distintos níveles de detalle.
- Conocimientos de planificación.

Permanencia en el cargo actual de al menos 12 meses.
