**¿Qué tareas esperamos de ti?**
- Desarrollar arquitecturas escalables y robustas que integren IA de manera transparente a nuestras soluciones frontend.
- Implementar soluciones que integren agentes inteligentes y el uso de personalización de manera efectiva y eficiente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los líderes de data science e ingeniería en la definición de la arquitectura de las soluciones basadas en personalización e IA.
- Investigar, proponer y experimentar continuamente las mejores prácticas y estándares de implementación de soluciones basadas en personalización y AI.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del sector para impulsar la innovación dentro del equipo.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
**¿Que buscamos en ti?**
- Experiência previa como líder técnico en proyectos relacionados a personalización e IA, idealmente para experiências mobile.
- Experiência en la implementación de soluciones que hagan uso de modelos inteligentes, tanto de tipo PNL como LLM.
- Pasión por la IA, y una visión de ésta como una herramienta clave para la entrega de experiências personalizadas.
- Habilidades de liderazgo demostradas y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo y multidisciplinario.
