**Tasks**
- Comfortable performing clerical duties: preparing reports and presentations, taking memos, maintaining digital files, preparing meeting communications and organizing documents
- If required, providing proposal preparation and document presentation and supporting the CV system
- Maintaining contact with team members working at site or in remote offices to foster team environment
- Arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed Office management and/or reception duties as required
- Organizing translations of correspondence, minutes of meetings, reports and non-technical documents as required
- Assist in preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings
- Plans/organizes and implements events such as sector meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Coordination with other Executive Assistants globally

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Full written and spoken English
- Previous experience in a lead position in a large or major engineering project
- Previous experience in leading and supervising a team and demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to motivate, delegate, and negotiate
- Keyboarding: minimum of 60 words per minute
- MS Outlook
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Microsoft Edge, Adobe Acrobat and WinZip
- Experience using a document management system in an engineering environment
- Competent in the use of copiers, printers y scanners.
- Possesses excellent communication skills both oral and written, with ability to communicate in English where projects are executed in non-English environments
- Experience with facilitation, training, presentation and/or one-on-one training
- Ability to document processes (work instructions)
- Can adapt to changes, multitask, organize and prioritize work tasks for self and team
- Willing to take on new challenges
- Can work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of invoicing processes
