**Propósito del cargo**

El/la IG manager es la persona encargada de liderar todos los canales de adquisición de donantes individuales del movimiento. Será responsable final de los objetivos de adquisición de donantes y del presupuesto asignado para cumplirlos.

**Descripción**

El/la IG Manager, como parte del staff de Amnistía Internacional, integra y representa a uno de los movimientos de defensores y defensoras de los Derechos Humanos más importantes del mundo. Su aporte garantiza la independencia financiera de la organización y contribuye al fortalecimiento de los cientos de miles de supporters en toda la región.

La persona que asuma el rol, tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:

- Liderar las acciones dirigidas a aumentar la base de socios/as de la organización.
- Monitorear los indicadores de performance de cada uno de los canales.
- Generar propuestas de innovación para potenciar la rentabilidad en cada área de captación.
- Gestionar proyectos con otras áreas de la Sección: Campañas, Comunicación y Finanzas.
- Gestionar relaciones con los/as Especialistas de Fundraising del Secretariado Internacional.
- .Asesorar al/la Director/a de Crecimiento sobre estrategias de adquisición de donantes.
- Gestionar, en términos operativos, a todas las tareas relacionadas al seguimiento de proyectos.
- Cargar KPIs en herramientas de monitoreo local y sistemas de reporting internacional.
- Realizar informes de seguimiento para la Directiva de la Sección y miembros del S.I.
- Representar en workshops virtuales y/o presenciales relacionados a Adquisición.
- Negociar y gestionar contratos con tercerizados para actividades de fundraising.
- Controlar facturación de proveedores en función de los resultados mensuales.
- Implementar procesos y herramientas que permitan optimizar las tareas de adquisición.
- Brindar apoyo en cualquier otra tarea que sea necesaria en sus equipos, para mantener o potenciar la operatoria regular de adquisición de donantes.
- Llevar adelante la supervisión y seguimiento a la gestión proveedores.
- Seguimiento a los objetivos de las Coordinaciones a cargo: DD, Digital y Telemarketing.
- Seguimiento a los proyectos realizados en conjunto con terceros, respecto a adquisición de donantes: agencias de captación, proveedores, bancos, procesadores de pagos, consultoras de programación, empresas aliadas, etc.
- Seguimiento general de proyectos con otras Secciones de AI o del Secretariado Internacional.
- Apoyar las acciones de otras áreas del equipo:

- Data
- Fidelización
- Administración
- Campañas
- Comunicación

**Perfil buscado**
- Administrador de Empresas o profesional afín, con 3 años de experiência en procesos orientados a la mejora de indicadores de ventas, velando por el cumplimiento de objetivos, desde el punto de vista comercial.
- Experiência en relación con contrapartes o proveedores de servicio.
- Conocimiento operativo en temas de facturación y logística.
- Experiência en reportabilidad.
