** Your Role**: The Customer Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for managing complex implementation projects, including new business start-ups, system migrations, facility moves and special projects, to ensure work is completed on time, within budget and achieves Kuehne+Nagel/Customer objectives. The Project Manager is expected to have a high level of effectiveness in advanced project management within the logistics field and is expected to serve as a mentor to other project managers.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing complex customer implementations on behalf of the Project Executive.
- Develop project plans and recommendations aligned with Kuehne+Nagel/Customer objectives, tracking and reporting project status.
- Foster strong business relationships with clients, effectively managing customer expectations.
- Utilize Kuehne+Nagel Global standard tools and methodology to control and monitor project effectiveness, including managing scope, budget, change control process, and addressing project issues and risks.
- Represent Kuehne+Nagel in external meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and others, providing regular project communications, aligning goals within the team, and ensuring projects meet established objectives and deliverables.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
- Experience in Project Management within the field of Contract Logistics
- Prior experience in Contract Logistics
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level
