**Resumen del Cargo**:
Adquiere habilidades laborales para resolver tareas rutinarias que requieren un juicio limitado. El enfoque está en tareas rutinarias, utilizando un juicio limitado de los procedimientos operativos estándar. Apoya al equipo en general.

**¿Qué estarás haciendo?**
- Atender e implementar los requerimientos del cliente, realizado mediante tickets correspondientes a conectividad (fibra óptica y cableado estructurado), apoyos generales como instalación de equipamiento, revisiones, rondas. Además, realizar instalaciones de gabinetes y jaulas de clientes.

**Gestión de la cola / Informes**

Revisa las solicitudes de órdenes de trabajo en la cola y responde a las órdenes de trabajo rutinarias cumpliendo con los tiempos comprometidos.

Participa en la escalada y aceleración de órdenes de nível superior, bajo supervisión.

Hace seguimiento activo de las órdenes de trabajo en la cola para apoyar al equipo en general.

Mantiene notas y registros de cumplimiento de actividad en el sistema de tickets.

**Instalaciones**

Instala equipos básicos de clientes, con la orientación de miembros del equipo más senior.

Apoya instalaciones rutinarias intrajaula e infraestructura, bajo orientación, que pueden incluir: bandejas de escalera rutinarias y canalizaciones básicas de fibra; gestión de cables básica y sistemas de soporte (paneles de parches); gabinetes de tierra rutinarios y racks de postes básicos; y puede realizar cambios de cinta y necesidades básicas de respaldo.

**Interconexión**

Apoya la solución de problemas básicos de interconexión.

**Pruebas / Solución de problemas**

Apoya pruebas básicas e instalaciones rutinarias de activos de clientes.

Apoya pruebas de certificación de interconexión de capa 1 estándar, bajo supervisión.

Puede aprender pruebas más semi-rutinarias, bajo supervisión.

**Asociación con las partes interesadas**

Apoya al equipo de personal de operaciones y seguridad en descansos u otras actividades, cuando sea necesario.

**Gestión del cliente**

Apoya la satisfacción del cliente al cumplir puntualmente con los requisitos básicos de ejecución de órdenes.

Ofrece una experiência de servicio al cliente de calidad al interactuar con los clientes.

Discute las expectativas de tiempo en nuevas implementaciones, siguiendo las pautas de procedimientos operativos estándar.

Puede apoyar a los clientes en el sitio a través de servicios de acceso y escolta.

Normalmente requiere un diploma de escuela secundaria o técnica y 1-2 años de experiência laboral equivalente.
