**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and executions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and create targeted marketing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Engage with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance campaign reach and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and business development
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Manage editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

**What we're looking for**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 years of work experience in business development, marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Good communication skills in English
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate.
