Bids Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement bidding strategies to successfully compete in the market
- Lead a team of bid analysts, providing guidance and support throughout the bidding process
- Work closely with colleagues within the company to establish bid necessities and guarantee the precise and timely preparation of all essential documents.
- Conduct detailed analysis of bid opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis, to inform bidding strategies
- Be responsible for the bid submission process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
- Continuously assess and improve the bidding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience proven through relevant work history.
- Validated experience in bid management or a similar role
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Validated experience with Mercado Público, Chile Compra & Convenio Marco (Exclusive)
- Knowledge of public procurement law
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting where meeting timelines is critical.
- Required Habilites: leadership capabilities, autonomy, social skills, proactivity and strategic vision.
- Intermediate English
- Desirable: knowledge in Healthcare's Business intelligence software (such as Falconsoft or Masnet).
