**Job Description**:
This role will be supporting the PMO Team in Commercial and Programme Management.
- Supporting the PMO Team with the delivery and execution of projects on behalf of the client.
- Supporting the Project Lead in delivering the day to day project management tasks and activities on projects from inception to close-out for projects in APAC
- Supporting in the development and monitoring and managing the project Schedules, Risks, Changes
- Supporting the Project Lead with the development and execution of the Stakeholder management plan and communication through the life of the project
- Working and supporting the project lead and client with the progress reporting on projects
- Assisting the team in onboarding consultants, managing the consultant teams and contractors in achieving successful delivery and handover of projects to time, quality and cost.
- Assisting the Commercial Manager in budgeting, estimating, procurement, cost control and cost reporting for pre
- and post-contract works.
- Adherence to Client governance processes at all stages of the project
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and or Project Management or equivalent.
- ** 1 - 3 years’ experience delivering construction projects**:
- Experience from consultancy background is preferred
- Good technical knowledge and experience around the use of project management tools, process and procedures are needed duties
- Self-motivated, collaborative, strong organisational and time-management skills, problem solving, and have an eye for detail
