We are looking for a highly experienced **Social Media Advertising Specialist (Facebook + LinkedIn)**
As a Social Media Advertising Specialist (Facebook + LinkedIn), you will work to help scale the social advertising efforts of our clients, geared towards growing profitable lead generation. This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Facebook, and who will explore opportunities in other channels such as Instagram, Twitter as well as other emerging platforms.
You thrive in building, maintaining, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for performance campaigns focused on lead generation and new business/enrollment, from planning, execution, optimization, budget management, analysis, and reporting of campaign results.
- Execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and others)
- Tagging and monitoring of campaigns (UTM, Targets, and Google Tag Manager)
- Analysis of performance indicators (CPC, CTR, CPL, CR%, ROI)
- Campaign budget control
- Planning, execution, and measurement of the results of experiments
- Support in media strategic planning promoting insights based on data
- Presentation of campaign performance to dedicated teams
- Analysis and advice of tools to build new strategies
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in digital media (B2C and/or B2B)
- Experience in developing strategies and actions focused on lead generation and sales conversion
- Experience in data analysis and A/B testing
- Advanced knowledge in Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Google Analytics
- Analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and continuous improvement profile
- Good communication and interaction with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to move forward in projects with autonomy
- Advanced English
- An eye for design and can create ad concepts quickly
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
