**Job Description**:
Major Job Functions
- Create business unit HR metrics and ad hoc reports.
- Use/leverage available resources such as Zoom, Oracle, imaging tool, and org chart tool to support questions and requests
- Advise managers on HR policies and procedures. Assist managers with Oracle manager transactions
- Assure Company policies are understood and administered fairly and consistently
- Perform basic employee relations functions including support and counseling
- Manage hiring and leaving employee process.
- Payroll and compensations procedures, tasks and process. Keeping communications and working with Payroll vendor.
- Conduct basic employee related investigations, such as attendance, policy violations
- Presentations on HR initiatives
- Communicate HR initiatives to managers and/or employees in writing, participation in staff meetings and/or formal presentations
- Ensure timely and accurate employee changes through Oracle Manager actions; act as the HR approver
- Work with HRIS and HR Service Center to locate Oracle Manager Actions and escalate as needed
- Performs other duties and special projects as required.
- Medical leaves management.
- Carries out all responsibilities in accordance with Experian policies and applicable laws.

**Qualifications**:

- May require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Requires 3-5 years related experience.
- Strong working knowledge of human resources legislation.
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations.
- Strong working knowledge of human resources software and database.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong PC skills, including the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in prioritization of multiple projects.
- High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to be visionary while able to manage/perform necessary detail to capture the vision
