**Misión del cargo**:
Apoyar en el diseño y dar seguimiento a la estrategia de la compañía, analizando las tendencias y disrupciones futuras para dar lineamientos

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Analizar las tendencias y disrupciones de mercado que pueden afectar el negocio de Mallplaza en el mediano/corto plazo, y recomendar en base a ellos los lineamientos estratégicos
- Liderar la generación del plan estratégico de la compañía (Lean Value Tree) y alinear a las distintas áreas para la declaración de sus objetivos de corto, mediano y largo plazo
- Definir Measures Of Success (MoS), KPIs y metas para las iniciativas estratégicas de la compañía
- Estimar el potencial impacto de cada una de las iniciativas en el resultado de la compañía y analizar los riesgos para ayudar en la priorización de estas
- Generar herramientas para dar seguimiento a cada una de las iniciativas estratégicas y con ellas establecer un proceso que permita dar visibilidad del status de cada una para alcanzar las metas establecidas
- Coordinar los servicios de estudios y research para los stakeholders de Mallplaza y para las necesidades de la oficina de Transformación

**Requisitos**:
6-8 años de Experiência Laboral
Ingeniero Civil o Comercial, carreras afín.
Experiência en consultoría estratégica.
