**Descripción del trabajo**:
El equipo de analítica trabaja en diferentes proyectos que combinan volúmenes de datos enormes e IA, como detectar y predecir fallas antes que ocurran, optimizar pricing, personalizar la experiência del cliente, optimizar uso de combustible, detectar caras y objetos usando visión por computador.

Trabajarás junto a un equipo de arquitectos de AI para construir herramientas para los negocios transformando los procesos a MLOps y creando productos de datos a la medida basados en modelos analíticos, en su gran mayoría de machine learning pero pudiendo usar un espectro de técnicas más amplio.

Dentro del equipo multidisciplinario con data scientists, ingenieros de software y arquitectos, tu trabajo es clave en construir y proveer los sistemas y arquitecturas que permiten el desarrollo de los servicios, formando cimientos sobre los cuales los desarrolladores de software y data scientists construyen aplicaciones que permiten generar impacto, con servicios que deben escalar, con altísima disponibilidad y tolerantes a fallas, en otras palabras, que funcionen.

**Calificaciones clave**:

- Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software, Matemáticas u otro campo científico/tecnológico relacionado. Conocimientos en aprendizaje automático es deseable.
- Fuerte habilidad de programación en lenguajes como Python, Java, C++ o R.
- Experiência con alguna de las nubes: GCP, Azure o AWS. Las certificaciones son un plus.
- Experiência demostrable en el desarrollo de soluciones de IA y chatbots como DialogFlow ES/CX, de preferencia, OpenAI y VertexAI. También, es válido el conocimiento en técnicas de aprendizaje automático, como redes neuronales, clasificación, agrupación, procesamiento del lenguaje natural, visión por computadora (computer vision), etc.
- Conocimiento profundo de al menos uno de los principales marcos de trabajo de IA, como TensorFlow, PyTorch o Keras.
- Experiência en el procesamiento y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos estructurados y no estructurados.
- Proficiencia de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos, tomar decisiones informadas y trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
