**What we're looking for**
We are looking for a Photo Editor to provide central support within the Photography Team. This
person will ensure all images for each listing reflect the standards of Vacasa in addition to each
auditing images for photo quality, providing feedback, and distributing any operational or photo
standard updates amongst the photographers and Matterport operators as needed.
**What you'll do**
- Provide editing support for post-production needs
- Perform quality assurance for all photography, domestically and internationally
- Manage and troubleshoot photo or training related questions
- Provide regular constructive feedback to staff photographers, local operations, and
international team members
- Consistently communicate amongst all staff photographers
- Coordinate shooting of our local portfolio (dependent on location)
**Skills you'll need**
- Experience with DSLR photography
- Understanding of general photography principles
- Advanced Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop skills
- A deep understanding of digital photo workflow for output to web including
compression, metadata and file type best practices
- Google Docs, primarily Excel to create and build processes and reports for team
members
- Ability to work individually while being part of a team
- Ability to motivate yourself
- Focus on results and delivery to the deadlines
- Excellent problem solver
- Ability to work quickly while retaining quality
- Detail oriented - analytical, thorough, and accurate when accomplishing a task
- Good communication skills and adept at teaching/training others
- Experience with real estate or interior photography
- Matterport experience
- Good eye for image quality, photographic content, and photo composition
- Project or Task management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
