**Qualifications**
Bachelor degree required- 3+ years of experience in customer service or relationship management, in a multinational

environment and, ideally, in education; general understanding of credit and collection
standards.
- High proficiency in Spanish
- High proficiency in English
- Advanced writing and communication skills in English and Spanish

**Skills**
Demonstrated successful experience working with confidential information and ensuring
- data security and data integrity.- Ideally, knowledge on SAP B1 or similar ERP.
- Preferably knowledge of database query and reporting tools at basic user level.
- User of MS and Google Office Suits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate
- effectively.- Influencing, conflict management, and collaboration:

- Adaptable and decisive, able to inspire trust in customers.
- Builds and maintains relationships at all levels across the office.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
To be the main parent’s or entities main contact on receiving payments and addressing
- concerns and complaints, by building a constructive positive, working relationship.- paying entities surrounding:
- active concerns or complaints
- outstanding payments
- re-enrollment process
- Resolve issues in a timely manner and manage complaints and concerns with the sole

objective of arriving at an amicable outcome (where possible). Specifically, respond to the

- Collaborate with relative departments (Finance, Admission, Arts, Athletics, IT, among others)

to address concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Backup for Student Account Analyst during peak effort periods, on vacations or leaves.
- Supports Student Account process on preparing and reviewing the collection bills.
- Manage data workflow to ensure data integrity and reliable reports.
- Ensure compliance with school’s policies.
- each semester, preparing, and sending communications, and addressing queries.- Financial Aid Committee members.- Coordinate Financial Aid Committee meetings and reports advance status.
- Be an active part of the Financial Aid Committee.
- Monitors and diagnoses processes (billing, collections, financial aid) to continuously identify
- and propose improvement opportunities on:
- Service levels, effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy of revenue and collection cycle.
- Reduce response times for inquiries and ad-hoc requirements.
- Propose changes to policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective student

accounts cycle and data transparency.
