**The Work You’ll Do**:
**Key Position Presponsibilities**:

- Ability to lead and deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite designs - all within the defined timeline.Key Position Responsibilities:

- Building, Translating, Automating and refining the companies' various Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Mutli-currency process flows in NetSuite.
- Meet with business leaders, decision makers, and end users to define business requirements, and systems goals
- Interact with cross functional business units to define requirements and understand the systems upstream and downstream changes
- Document and develop high level, business processes flows, requirements and design document for new business requirements
- Manage implementation vendors and consultants to implement new bundles, projects and enhancements.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite latest releases and review new useful features and functionalities with our business teams.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboard for business users.
- Manage governance of the NetSuite platform along with the Manager of Business Applications.
- Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements
- Provide training to end users

**Minimum Position Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ of IT experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Documentation.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a NetSuite Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Quote to Cash process and finance related business processes such as Order Management, Billing and Collections, Revenue Management, and General Accounting
- Strong knowledge on custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- NetSuite certification is a major plus
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions specifically NetSuite and its related modules
- Experience supporting core financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and solutioning with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of the accounting and financial modules such as ARM, Dunning, etc.
- Must have exceptional organizational and project delivery skills.
- Ability to work in a stand-alone role but also employ team skills as you will be working on cross functional projects and activities.
- Excellent business systems support, customer service and communication skills.
