Sa Proposal Writer

Robert Half is seeking a SA Proposal Writer who is responsible for portraying Robert Half and our Strategic Account (SA) capabilities in the most favorable manner while writing proposal responses for existing and prospective customers. The Proposal Writer is accountable for all aspects of proposal delivery, including scheduling, researching, writing, interviewing, editing and design.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Design and develop responses to client RFIs, RFPs, after analyzing and discussing documents with SA VPs, SA Proposal Manager, Senior Manager, Contracts and SA ED.
- Lead review sessions with SA VPs.
- Update PragSAtech database, ensuring responses are current, and new information is added.
- Advise SA VPs and other field personnel on responses to local RFPs.
- Decide when updates to the RFP Resource Guide on BobNet are required and communicates updates to Intranet Services.
- Analyze RFP for data needs and then direct Reports and Technology Analyst in obtaining past sales activity and other data requirements requiring research.
- Analyze RFP for legal requirements and then communicate requirements to SA Contract Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years’ relevant writing experience.
- 1+ years’ experience utilizing a writing database.
- Writing skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, internet search.
- Business acumen, legal acumen.

The typical salary range for this position is $59,000 to $90,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
