This company owns and operates one of the largest integrated oil refinery and petrochemicals complex in the world, based in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.

Using crude oil, ethane and butene as feedstocks, our client produces Polymers, Monomers and Refined Products. It hosts one of the world’s largest high olefins fluid catalytic cracker (HOFCC) units and a world-scale ethane cracker to produce and market more than 2.4 millions of MT per year of ethylene and propylene derivative products and 18 millions MT per year of crude oil distillated products.

**Who are we looking for ?**:
We are looking for Liquid Product Marketing Manager with excellent knowledge of petrochemical business and marketing capability including technical areas, cost accounting, contract administration, trade rules and legal compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in management, Marketing, Chemical Engineering or related.
- 15 years’ experience in progressively marketing management role with strong knowledge of refinery and petrochemical products.
- Strong Knowledge of Crude oil and refined products market.
- Excellent knowledge of petrochemical business and marketing capability including technical areas, cost accounting, contract administration, trade rules and legal compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of sales & marketing techniques including financial/accounting for credit risk and customer evaluation.
- Line management capability and ability to promote team working and productive environment.

**Duties and responsabilities**:

- Safety Management: Encourage all department members to maintain high safety standards by avoiding any type of incidents, enhance safety activity, and comply with the safety training courses.
- Marketing & Sales Strategy Development: Set and manage company's marketing & sales strategy in line with marketing committee directions. Manage Marketer Performance: manage marketer performance in terms of pricing, allocation, to achieve the highest performance toward company ultimate objective.
- Quality Assurance Management: manage and ensure prominent level of customer satisfaction and meet expectation.
- Manage regulation compliance to achieve sales & marketing strategy.
- Customer Service: Make proactive customer visits to provide them with good service and support as required and deal effectively with customer complaints.
- Business Expansion: Communicate with related party and collaborate with licensors for business growth and expansion.
- Marketing & Sales Budget: Set marketing & sales overall budget required to achieve the strategical objective.
