Brand Representative

We are excited to announce that Marco MKT is seeking a full time, _Brand Representative_ in the greater Los Angeles, CA area for merchandising, marketing and retail sales professionals

The objective of this role is to enhance the visibility and marketing of client products through marketing and merchandising techniques while capturing and reporting data at various points of sale. This territory merchandiser will also be responsible for scouting new retail stores/locations to add to your territory. This includes creative marketing tactics as well as building and maintaining professional relationships with retail staff. These tasks combined, ultimately aims to drive market growth for the Client by ensuring their products are well-represented and strategically positioned in retail environments.

**Territory Location**:
Los Angeles, CA
- Will be activating in various locations and stores around the city

**Schedule**:

- Virtual Online Training: Date TBD
- Weekly Schedule:
5 days per week - Sundays off, rotating Saturdays and one week day.

(For example: First week - off Saturday and Sunday. Second week - off Wednesday and Sunday. May require some Sundays in rotation)

**Requirements**:

- Background Check Required if selected
- High School Diploma
- Valid Drivers License + Independent Transportation
- Retail Merchandising experience
- Brand Ambassador Lead or Management experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs+

**Duties Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Actively promoting Client products
- Accurately collecting and reporting data
- Management of territory
- Proactively prospecting and sourcing additional points of sale
- Relationship building with point of sales staff
- Regular visits and marketing at various point of sales locations

**Pay Rate**:
Hourly Rate **+** Monthly Car Allowance** +** Monthly Bonus
