Technical Trainer

**Responsibilities**: Engage with assigned customers on optimal learning paths for their organization and define custom training needs Deliver instructor-led (in-person or virtual) classroom training to end-users, partners, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis Deliver engaging and informative webinars on a recurring basis Assist in developing and maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, take-home materials, and other accompanying educational content Design and develop engaging course content/assets and learning activities for virtual, in-person, and eLearning modalities with continuous improvement cycles Communicate with our Customer Success, Support, Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to identify popular training concepts to develop and deliver May be asked to write instructional content for eLearning product training courses
