**Who are we looking for?***:
We are looking for Engineer - EHS to ensure that Construction work in project site is in full compliance with EHS policies and procedures. Support the Project in all pertaining matters of Safety and to effectively identify potential Safety hazards. Ensure HSE performance levels based on agreed measured parameters such as KPI, and others, as applicable. Create awareness on safe work practices among the construction workers. To participate in JSA.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc degree in Engineering with 3years field experience OR High School with minimum 10-years of field experience in construction inspection.
- Minimum 10 years of construction field experience.
- Thorough knowledge of policies / procedures / standards & heavy construction techniques and practices
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Experiences in Industrial safety loss prevention and evacuation plans.
- Knowledgeable in HSE policies, procedures.
- Systematic approach to resolve the technical problems.
- Ability to contribute in Incident Investigation process
- Ability to Provide required HSE training.
- Skilled in medical first aid & CPR training.

**Duties and responsibilities**
***:

- Organize weekly inspections program.
- Participate on the review the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all the critical activities and ensure its implementation;
- Prepare Tool box talks and programs to acquaint new employees with WORK SITE hazards, safe work procedures at WORK site
- Prepare Safety statistical reports.
- Analyses of injuries and Safety hazards for the weekly safety meetings;
- Report safety incidents and safety concerns to Project Management.
- Maintain all safety related record and files associated with the projects.
- Establish and maintain site emergency response team.
- Establish personnel protective equipment requirements.
- Establish, publicize, and report the injuries occurring on the WORK site,
- Prepare and distribute safety statistics and injury rates for evaluation;
- Arrange safety publicity and coordination of safety incentive, recognition, and personal contact programs.
- Provide safety coordination, leadership, and safety advice to line management and organization of training programs requested.
- Immediately visit the site of serious injuries to view evidence, protect evidence and prepare a witness report;
- Participate in the project incident investigations and carry out analysis of such investigations.
- Ensure Approvals of HSE Plans, method statements, heavy lifting/rigging job plans.
- Ensure crane operators, riggers & Flagman certification and approvals.
- Enforce compliance of EHS regulations related to safety at the work site.
