We are seeking a Performance Manager to analyze product sales cycles. In this role, you will collaborate with all members of the FLSmidth team, including Site Account Managers and Customers.
The role is based in Santiago, Chile.
Job Responsibilities- Accountable for Analysis of the life cycle of products, Maintenance Strategies, Operation Strategies, Perfomance, etc., and aftermarket sales cycle- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes to discover improvement opportunities.- Provide information for the Sales team, about the new sales opportunties identified trough the life cycle analysis.- Measure the % of new business captured form the LC analysis- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes to discover improvement opportunities.- Conducting meetings and presentations to share business ideas and findings.- Promote business management based on Collaboration, Customer Focus, Accountability, Agility, Innovation, Operational Excellence, Diversity and Inclusion.
What you bring- Engineering or related technical careers, Business Administration, MBA.- Spanish (Fluent) - English (Advance oral & write)- Experience in Reliability, Maintenance and Planning in plant equipment
