Es responsable por el monitoreo, soporte y seguimiento de los distintos casos ingresados a la plataforma de Servicio del área de APS, asegurando total conformidad de la solución entregada al cliente. Revisión de hardware y software asociados a los distintos clientes. Generación de informes diarios. Revisión y Resolución de tickets. Gestión de requerimientos. Monitoreo de las distintas plataformas de respaldos asociadas a nuestros clientes. Dar seguimiento a los casos escalados hasta que estos sean solucionados. Escalamiento a N2 y soportes de los distintos fabricantes. Recepción y creación de los distintos casos de soporte. Realizar Workshops de las distintas plataformas.

**Requisitos**:
Educación Deseable carrera afín en informática (Técnica / Universitaria (No excluyente)). Experiência Deseable experiência en soporte a usuarios. Conocimientos Office Intermedio. Idiomas Ingles Intermedio. (No excluyente). Competencias Actitud de Servicio. Comunicación Efectiva. Orientación a la Excelencia. Proactividad. Trabajo en equipo.
