WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an accounting professional for the Accounting Analyst role in Chile Controlling team. You will be responsible for a range of operational general accounting activities. In this role you’ll deep dive into the details, identify opportunities, communicate effectively, and deliver results consistently.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Execute the daily account payable on SAP for both suppliers and employees, ensure the accuracy and completeness of data recorded which aligned with cooperate policy, relevant tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Entry of invoices and income statements
- Application of bank items and reconciliation
- Support in the Finance area
- Analysis of accounting accounts and suppliers
- Accounting support
- Clearing of accounts payable/balance/result
- Preparation of invoice tracking reports
- Bank reconciliations
- Actively identify areas for improvements to raise effectiveness and efficiency of the workflows and Elimination of unnecessary processes.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report to Accounting Supervisor and work with the rest of Controlling team. You will connect mainly with Finance team in order provide the financial information.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP (ideally FI-CO-MM modules)
- Accounting and administration knowledge
- Strong organization, analytic and communication skills.
- Intermediate English - verbal and written communication skills
- Good level and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is expected.
- Team player
- Multitasking, result orientated, proactivity and ability to work in a fast-learning environment.
