En MRM/McCANN Buscamos a nuesto/a próximo/a Data Engineering Leader. Esperamos que seas un/a profesional con capacidad proactiva, con sensibilidad por la interpretación del dato en clave de activación: desde la preparación de los datos, la definición de los KPIs, al desarrollo estratégico desde una perspectiva data-driven.

Tu rol requerirá liderazgo del proyecto, así como trabajar en un equipo multidisciplinar a lo largo de la región, siendo el responsable de liderar la visión de Data.

Tus objetivos buscarán el impacto a 3 níveles:

- Visión de arquitectura de datos basada en cliente (Customer Data Platform)
- Generación de modelo de operación basado en gobierno del dato
- Integración del USER ID con Salesforce y Base de Datos.

Dentro de tus principales funciones estarán:

- Análisis exploratorio de datos.
- Utilizar análisis descriptivos (qué sucedió) y diagnósticos (por qué sucedió) para desarrollar recomendaciones específicas y divulgativas.
- Identificar de manera proactiva y surja oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia, la conversión, la generación de ingresos, la experiência del cliente y el talento, las operaciones, la comunicación, los sistemas y herramientas, el uso de efectivo, etc.
- Definir métricas que sean independientes, holísticas, precisas, fomenten los comportamientos correctos y estén alineadas con la estrategia y los objetivos de la compañía.
- Documentar los procesos de data e informes.

**¿**Qué perfil buscamos?**
- Eres una persona con personalidad analítica, inquietudes estratégicas y capacidad para enfrentar problemas complejos.
- Con curiosidad por el mundo digital, e-commerce y nuevas tecnologías
- Perfil analítico, organizado, con atención a los detalles, proactivo y buen trabajador en equipo.
- Inglés fluido, se moverá en un entorno regional.
- Capacidad para exponer documentos analítico y estratégicos bajo un storytelling estratégico.

**Habilidades técnicas** deseadas (no imprescindible)**:

- Experiência en proyectos de Salesforce: SFMC, Service, Social Studio
- Experiência en proyectos con Google Data Management, CDP o Bases de Datos
- Experiência en proyectos con DMP, CRM y CDP.
- Fundamentos de Martech en entornos digitales.
- Se requiere más de 5 años de experiência en estrategia de marketing, consultoría de negocio / transformacion digital, análisis de datos, análisis, inteligencia de negocios.
- Experiência en proyectos de BI (Microstrategy, R, SPSS, ) y de visualización (Google Data Studio, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI..) o de preparación de datos como Alteryx o Big Query.
