**Department Overview**: Our centers monitor hundreds of thousands of real-time events to rapidly detect and restore network impacts keeping your teams seamlessly connected. This is successfully delivered using automated event correlation that leverages intelligent algorithms and integrated systems to accurately identify alarms and seamlessly present the necessary information to assigned experts who validate and resolve incidents.

- Despacha incidentes al personal de campo
- Crea y actualiza incidentes de proveedores y terceras partes
- Provisiona dispositivos para clientes premier
- Detecta e informa la necesidad de actualizar procesos de trabajo
- Manteniene seguimiento de incidentes hasta su resolución
- Participar en la observación y el entrenamiento de los agentes
- Asistir en las pruebas de aceptación con el campo/cliente y en el embarque
- Asistir en los tickets de problemas con el equipo de herramientas sobre el impacto en el equipo NOC.
- Revisa los datos de satisfacción del cliente en las llamadas grabadas y brinda capacitación
- Revisar los escalamientos de los clientes y brindar capacitación
- Preparara informes para clientes
- Estar disponible para cubrir a los supervisores en la mayoría de las responsabilidades diarias.
- Será el principal backup de los NOC agent I y/o II cuando la operación lo requiera (noche y/o dia)

**Basic Requirements**:
Se requiere tecnico de nível superior o formación de ingenieria en el area electrica, electronica, informatica y/o telecomunicaiones
